Card Addiction is run by Kevin Phoeng who resides in Los Angeles, California. He is a full time Magic card dealer. You can find him every Wednesday from 4:00pm to 9:30pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm selling MTG cards at Frank and Son Collectible Show.
